# 77 WABC vs WBGO

The clearest difference is review sentiment: WBGO at 72% against 77 WABC's 25%. 77 WABC's advantage is rating (3.5 vs 3.0) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

77 WABC holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 217 and 61 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of 77 WABC's written reviews are positive against 72% of WBGO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

77 WABC ships an update monthly, WBGO every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
