# Mental Note ๛ vs Writing Prompts

The clearest difference is rating: Mental Note ๛ at 4.1 against Writing Prompts's 3.4. Writing Prompts's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months) and review sentiment (77% vs 63%). On ratings volume, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
