# Prepware ATP vs Holdings

The clearest difference is price: Holdings at $2.99 against Prepware ATP's $9.99. Holdings also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Prepware ATP's advantage is update cadence (every 4 months vs every 12 months) and ratings volume (20 vs 4). On rating, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Prepware ATP costs $9.99 and Holdings $2.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 2.8 for Prepware ATP against 2.8 for Holdings. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Prepware ATP has 20 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 36% of Prepware ATP's written reviews are positive against 29% of Holdings's.

Prepware ATP ships an update every 4 months, Holdings every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
