# Prepware Aviation Maintenance vs MyPima

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MyPima at 100% against Prepware Aviation Maintenance's 53%. MyPima also leads on price (Free vs $9.99). Prepware Aviation Maintenance's advantage is rating (3.8 vs 2.3) and ratings volume (370 vs 9). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

MyPima is free to download; Prepware Aviation Maintenance costs $9.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Prepware Aviation Maintenance holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Prepware Aviation Maintenance has 370 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 53% of Prepware Aviation Maintenance's written reviews are positive against 100% of MyPima's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Prepware Aviation Maintenance ships an update every 4 months, MyPima every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
