# TV Today vs TV Pro Classic

The clearest difference is ratings volume: TV Pro Classic at 40 against TV Today's 2. TV Pro Classic also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TV Today sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and TV Pro Classic sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TV Pro Classic holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TV Pro Classic has 40 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
