# G마켓 vs 바로사

The clearest difference is rating: G마켓 at 4.7 against 바로사's 3.8. G마켓 also leads on ratings volume (525 vs 4). 바로사's advantage is review sentiment (81% vs 51%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

G마켓 holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: G마켓 has 525 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of G마켓's written reviews are positive against 81% of 바로사's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

G마켓 ships an update every 3 weeks, 바로사 every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
