# Camera 3D Pro vs MakeIt3D

The clearest difference is ads: MakeIt3D at none against Camera 3D Pro's shown. Camera 3D Pro's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 20 months) and ratings volume (253 vs 9). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Camera 3D Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and MakeIt3D sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Camera 3D Pro holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Camera 3D Pro has 253 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 66% and 67% positive.

Camera 3D Pro ships an update every 3 months, MakeIt3D every 20 months. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and September 13, 2026 respectively.
