# Puppet Pals vs ShowMe Interactive Whiteboard

The clearest difference is rating: ShowMe Interactive Whiteboard at 4.6 against Puppet Pals's 3.8. ShowMe Interactive Whiteboard also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (14K vs 53). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Puppet Pals sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and ShowMe Interactive Whiteboard sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ShowMe Interactive Whiteboard holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ShowMe Interactive Whiteboard has 14K ratings behind it against 53, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of Puppet Pals's written reviews are positive against 70% of ShowMe Interactive Whiteboard's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Puppet Pals ships an update every 6 months, ShowMe Interactive Whiteboard monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
