# LIFULL HOME'S vs ietty

The clearest difference is rating: LIFULL HOME'S at 4.6 against ietty's 4.2. LIFULL HOME'S also leads on ratings volume (412 vs 6). ietty's advantage is review sentiment (68% vs 40%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LIFULL HOME'S holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LIFULL HOME'S has 412 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of LIFULL HOME'S's written reviews are positive against 68% of ietty's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

LIFULL HOME'S ships an update fortnightly, ietty every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
