# iDesign vs SMR One

The clearest difference is review sentiment: iDesign at 50% against SMR One's 0%. iDesign also leads on ratings volume (87 vs 16). SMR One's advantage is rating (3.6 vs 2.6) and in-app purchases (none vs 3). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iDesign sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. SMR One asks for nothing beyond the download.

SMR One holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iDesign has 87 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of iDesign's written reviews are positive against 0% of SMR One's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
