# RingGo vs EVDot

The clearest difference is monetization model: EVDot at free against RingGo's free with in-app purchases. EVDot also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
