# SVT Play vs VIP Monkey

The clearest difference is rating: VIP Monkey at 5.0 against SVT Play's 3.7. SVT Play's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (23 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VIP Monkey sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month. SVT Play asks for nothing beyond the download.
