# Camera Plus Pro vs DSLR Camera

The clearest difference is rating: DSLR Camera at 4.7 against Camera Plus Pro's 2.7. DSLR Camera also leads on ratings volume (2.9K vs 39) and chart position (#147 vs unranked). Camera Plus Pro's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and review sentiment (57% vs 44%). On update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Camera Plus Pro costs $0.99 and DSLR Camera $2.99 up front. DSLR Camera sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Camera Plus Pro asks for nothing beyond the download.

DSLR Camera holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DSLR Camera has 2.9K ratings behind it against 39, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Camera Plus Pro's written reviews are positive against 44% of DSLR Camera's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Camera Plus Pro ships an update every 3 months, DSLR Camera every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
