# iGeneration vs BiP Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: iGeneration at 4.7 against BiP Mobile's 4.0. iGeneration also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (54 vs 2). BiP Mobile's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iGeneration sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. BiP Mobile asks for nothing beyond the download.

iGeneration holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iGeneration has 54 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of iGeneration's written reviews are positive against 89% of BiP Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iGeneration ships an update every 4 days, BiP Mobile every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
