# iCamViewer vs ehome link

The clearest difference is rating: ehome link at 3.7 against iCamViewer's 3.1. ehome link also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 14.0). iCamViewer's advantage is review sentiment (28% vs 13%) and ratings volume (36 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ehome link holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iCamViewer has 36 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 28% of iCamViewer's written reviews are positive against 13% of ehome link's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iCamViewer ships an update every 3 months, ehome link every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
