# Daft.ie vs MexHome

The clearest difference is rating: Daft.ie at 4.8 against MexHome's 4.0. Daft.ie also leads on ratings volume (984 vs 3). MexHome's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 73%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Daft.ie holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Daft.ie has 984 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of Daft.ie's written reviews are positive against 100% of MexHome's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Daft.ie ships an update every 10 days, MexHome every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
