# Space Images vs DISCS

The clearest difference is rating: Space Images at 4.6 against DISCS's 2.0. Space Images also leads on review sentiment (63% vs 50%) and ratings volume (16 vs 3). DISCS's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Space Images holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Space Images has 16 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
