# FullControl vs Keypad

The clearest difference is rating: Keypad at 5.0 against FullControl's 4.5. Keypad also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 4 weeks) and review sentiment (100% vs 82%). FullControl's advantage is ratings volume (220 vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FullControl sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Keypad sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Keypad holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FullControl has 220 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 82% of FullControl's written reviews are positive against 100% of Keypad's.

FullControl ships an update every 4 weeks, Keypad weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
