# FullControl vs Hence Day Counter

The clearest difference is rating: Hence Day Counter at 5.0 against FullControl's 4.5. Hence Day Counter also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 4 weeks). FullControl's advantage is ratings volume (220 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FullControl sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Hence Day Counter sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hence Day Counter holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FullControl has 220 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

FullControl ships an update every 4 weeks, Hence Day Counter every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
