# Elevation For Real vs Elevation

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Elevation For Real at 86% against Elevation's 30%. Elevation For Real also leads on ads (none vs shown). Elevation's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 3.3) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 7 months). On price, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Elevation For Real sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Elevation sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Elevation holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Elevation has 5.4K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of Elevation For Real's written reviews are positive against 30% of Elevation's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Elevation For Real ships an update every 7 months, Elevation every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
