# EasyMeasure vs Measuring Tape +ㅤ

The clearest difference is rating: Measuring Tape +ㅤ at 4.8 against EasyMeasure's 4.2. Measuring Tape +ㅤ also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). EasyMeasure's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and review sentiment (67% vs 50%). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EasyMeasure sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Measuring Tape +ㅤ sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Measuring Tape +ㅤ holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6.1K and 5.3K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of EasyMeasure's written reviews are positive against 50% of Measuring Tape +ㅤ's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

EasyMeasure ships an update every 3 months, Measuring Tape +ㅤ every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
