# EchoLink vs RCBS Reloading App

The clearest difference is rating: RCBS Reloading App at 4.7 against EchoLink's 4.0. RCBS Reloading App also leads on ratings volume (1.2K vs 41). EchoLink's advantage is review sentiment (62% vs 33%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RCBS Reloading App holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RCBS Reloading App has 1.2K ratings behind it against 41, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of EchoLink's written reviews are positive against 33% of RCBS Reloading App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
