# EchoLink vs SubLog

The clearest difference is review sentiment: EchoLink at 62% against SubLog's 0%. EchoLink also leads on rating (4.0 vs 3.0) and in-app purchases (none vs 1). SubLog's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 4 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SubLog sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. EchoLink asks for nothing beyond the download.

EchoLink holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EchoLink has 41 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
