# EagleView vs RoofBidder

EagleView and RoofBidder both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of RoofBidder's written reviews are positive against 65% of EagleView's. RoofBidder also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). EagleView's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ratings volume (10K vs 25). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RoofBidder sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $99.99 per month. EagleView asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for EagleView against 5.0 for RoofBidder. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EagleView has 10K ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two.
