# EagleView vs Power Text App

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Power Text App at 100% against EagleView's 65%. EagleView's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 6) and ratings volume (9.6K vs 6). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Power Text App sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. EagleView asks for nothing beyond the download.

EagleView holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EagleView has 9.6K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of EagleView's written reviews are positive against 100% of Power Text App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
