# Cinépolis vs MOY

The clearest difference is update cadence: MOY at every 2 weeks against Cinépolis's every 3 weeks. MOY also leads on iOS requirement (13.4 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Cinépolis ships an update every 3 weeks, MOY every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
