# MIT Mobile vs Princeton Mobile

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MIT Mobile at 70% against Princeton Mobile's 41%. Princeton Mobile's advantage is rating (2.7 vs 2.4). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Princeton Mobile holds the better App Store score, 2.7 against 2.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 29 and 14 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of MIT Mobile's written reviews are positive against 41% of Princeton Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 5 months. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
