# Canucks vs SportNinja

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SportNinja at 75% against Canucks's 28%. SportNinja also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 17.0). Canucks's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 3.6) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Canucks holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 23 and 38 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 28% of Canucks's written reviews are positive against 75% of SportNinja's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Canucks ships an update every 3 months, SportNinja fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
