# BSC vs Dateminder

The clearest difference is rating: Dateminder at 4.9 against BSC's 3.0. Dateminder also leads on ratings volume (43 vs 1). BSC's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 6) and iOS requirement (5.1.1 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dateminder sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. BSC asks for nothing beyond the download.
