# iTextSpeed vs Guess Their Answer

The clearest difference is price: Guess Their Answer at Free against iTextSpeed's $1.99. Guess Their Answer also leads on rating (4.7 vs 3.8) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 9 months). iTextSpeed's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Guess Their Answer is free to download; iTextSpeed costs $1.99 up front. Guess Their Answer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. iTextSpeed asks for nothing beyond the download.

Guess Their Answer holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Guess Their Answer has 65K ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of iTextSpeed's written reviews are positive against 50% of Guess Their Answer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iTextSpeed ships an update every 9 months, Guess Their Answer every 4 weeks. Both last shipped on October 27, 2026.
