# 3D Wallpapers Backgrounds vs Live Wallpapers for Me

The clearest difference is review sentiment: 3D Wallpapers Backgrounds at 78% against Live Wallpapers for Me's 32%. 3D Wallpapers Backgrounds also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 13.0). Live Wallpapers for Me's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 3.7) and ratings volume (118K vs 77). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 3D Wallpapers Backgrounds sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Live Wallpapers for Me sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Live Wallpapers for Me holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Live Wallpapers for Me has 118K ratings behind it against 77, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of 3D Wallpapers Backgrounds's written reviews are positive against 32% of Live Wallpapers for Me's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

3D Wallpapers Backgrounds ships an update every 5 weeks, Live Wallpapers for Me every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
