# 3D Wallpapers Backgrounds vs 9000+ Wallpapers

The clearest difference is rating: 9000+ Wallpapers at 4.6 against 3D Wallpapers Backgrounds's 3.7. 9000+ Wallpapers also leads on ratings volume (1K vs 77). 3D Wallpapers Backgrounds's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and review sentiment (78% vs 44%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 3D Wallpapers Backgrounds sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and 9000+ Wallpapers sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

9000+ Wallpapers holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 9000+ Wallpapers has 1K ratings behind it against 77, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of 3D Wallpapers Backgrounds's written reviews are positive against 44% of 9000+ Wallpapers's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

3D Wallpapers Backgrounds ships an update every 5 weeks, 9000+ Wallpapers monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
