# Figaro Immo vs DansMaRue

The clearest difference is rating: Figaro Immo at 4.2 against DansMaRue's 1.8. Figaro Immo also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (73 vs 5). DansMaRue's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ads (none vs shown). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Figaro Immo sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. DansMaRue asks for nothing beyond the download.

Figaro Immo holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Figaro Immo has 73 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of Figaro Immo's written reviews are positive against 65% of DansMaRue's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Figaro Immo ships an update monthly, DansMaRue every 4 months. Both last shipped on October 23, 2026.
