# Chicks vs Escape #2

The clearest difference is rating: Escape #2 at 4.0 against Chicks's 3.0. Chicks's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (62% vs 51%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Chicks sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Escape #2 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Escape #2 holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 87 and 48 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of Chicks's written reviews are positive against 51% of Escape #2's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Chicks ships an update every 2 months, Escape #2 every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
