# SecureSafe Password Manager vs Secure+ Password Manager

The clearest difference is monetization model: Secure+ Password Manager at free against SecureSafe Password Manager's freemium. Secure+ Password Manager also leads on review sentiment (89% vs 72%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). SecureSafe Password Manager's advantage is ratings volume (19K vs 19). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for SecureSafe Password Manager against 4.8 for Secure+ Password Manager. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SecureSafe Password Manager has 19K ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two.
