# Dice Dice vs LuckyDecide

The clearest difference is rating: Dice Dice at 4.6 against LuckyDecide's 3.0. Dice Dice also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and ratings volume (30K vs 2). LuckyDecide's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LuckyDecide sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.29 per month. Dice Dice asks for nothing beyond the download.

Dice Dice holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dice Dice has 30K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of Dice Dice's written reviews are positive against 100% of LuckyDecide's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dice Dice ships an update every 3 months, LuckyDecide every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
