# Boston.com vs Boston Baseball 24h

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Boston Baseball 24h at 100% against Boston.com's 34%. Boston Baseball 24h also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Boston.com's advantage is ratings volume (7.5K vs 3) and rating (4.6 vs 4.3). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Boston.com holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Boston.com has 7.5K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of Boston.com's written reviews are positive against 100% of Boston Baseball 24h's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Boston.com ships an update every 4 months, Boston Baseball 24h every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
