# CaskFinder vs Brewee

The clearest difference is update cadence: Brewee at every 2 weeks against CaskFinder's every 2 months. Brewee also leads on ratings volume (639 vs 41) and review sentiment (72% vs 59%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Brewee holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Brewee has 639 ratings behind it against 41, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 59% of CaskFinder's written reviews are positive against 72% of Brewee's.

CaskFinder ships an update every 2 months, Brewee every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 23, 2026.
