# SessionTalk SIP Softphone vs SpoofCard

The clearest difference is update cadence: SessionTalk SIP Softphone at every 3 days against SpoofCard's monthly. SpoofCard's advantage is ratings volume (36K vs 1K) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SessionTalk SIP Softphone sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and SpoofCard sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SpoofCard holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SpoofCard has 36K ratings behind it against 1K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of SessionTalk SIP Softphone's written reviews are positive against 33% of SpoofCard's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SessionTalk SIP Softphone ships an update every 3 days, SpoofCard monthly. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
