# Citrix Workspace vs Boxer

Citrix Workspace and Boxer both sit at 4.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 49% of Citrix Workspace's written reviews are positive against 28% of Boxer's. Boxer's advantage is ratings volume (77K vs 6.4K). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for Citrix Workspace against 4.4 for Boxer. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Boxer has 77K ratings behind it against 6.4K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 49% of Citrix Workspace's written reviews are positive against 28% of Boxer's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. Both last shipped on October 23, 2026.
