# Cribbage HD vs Funny Scoreboard

The clearest difference is ads: Funny Scoreboard at none against Cribbage HD's shown. Funny Scoreboard also leads on price ($0.99 vs $5.99) and review sentiment (100% vs 88%). Cribbage HD's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 62 months) and ratings volume (2.9K vs 4). On in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Cribbage HD costs $5.99 and Funny Scoreboard $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Cribbage HD holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cribbage HD has 2.9K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of Cribbage HD's written reviews are positive against 100% of Funny Scoreboard's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Cribbage HD ships an update every 2 months, Funny Scoreboard every 62 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
