# 3Cat vs RTVE VR 360

The clearest difference is rating: RTVE VR 360 at 5.0 against 3Cat's 2.3. RTVE VR 360 also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). 3Cat's advantage is review sentiment (35% vs 0%) and ratings volume (11 vs 2). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RTVE VR 360 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 3Cat has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 35% of 3Cat's written reviews are positive against 0% of RTVE VR 360's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
