# Eye Chart Pro vs Eye Test

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Eye Test at 100% against Eye Chart Pro's 53%. Eye Test also leads on update cadence (every 11 days vs every 3 months) and rating (4.7 vs 4.3). Eye Chart Pro's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Eye Chart Pro sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and Eye Test sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Eye Test holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Eye Test has 17 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
