# Calculator Max vs Lookmark

The clearest difference is rating: Calculator Max at 4.3 against Lookmark's 3.6. Calculator Max also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.8K vs 83). Lookmark's advantage is update cadence (every 8 days vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Calculator Max sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per year and Lookmark sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per 6 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Calculator Max holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Calculator Max has 1.8K ratings behind it against 83, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 55% of Calculator Max's written reviews are positive against 53% of Lookmark's.

Calculator Max ships an update every 2 months, Lookmark every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
