# DEWA vs Digital Sharjah

The clearest difference is update cadence: Digital Sharjah at weekly against DEWA's every 6 weeks. DEWA's advantage is ratings volume (6.1K vs 198) and device support (5 vs 2). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for DEWA against 4.5 for Digital Sharjah. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DEWA has 6.1K ratings behind it against 198, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 48% and 47% positive.

DEWA ships an update every 6 weeks, Digital Sharjah weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
