# Connect My Computer vs HEAVN Software Update

The clearest difference is review sentiment: HEAVN Software Update at 100% against Connect My Computer's 56%. HEAVN Software Update also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 12.0). Connect My Computer's advantage is rating (3.5 vs 2.6) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 20 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Connect My Computer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. HEAVN Software Update asks for nothing beyond the download.

Connect My Computer holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Connect My Computer has 98 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of Connect My Computer's written reviews are positive against 100% of HEAVN Software Update's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Connect My Computer ships an update every 3 months, HEAVN Software Update every 20 months. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
