# Connect My Computer vs Free Disk

The clearest difference is rating: Connect My Computer at 3.5 against Free Disk's 1.7. Connect My Computer also leads on ratings volume (98 vs 3). Free Disk's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 12.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Connect My Computer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Free Disk sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
