# Twitcast Viewer (TwitCasting) vs Waitinglist

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Waitinglist at none against Twitcast Viewer (TwitCasting)'s 27. Waitinglist also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Twitcast Viewer (TwitCasting)'s advantage is ratings volume (526 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Twitcast Viewer (TwitCasting) sells 27 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Waitinglist asks for nothing beyond the download.

Waitinglist holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Twitcast Viewer (TwitCasting) has 526 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of Twitcast Viewer (TwitCasting)'s written reviews are positive against 38% of Waitinglist's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
