# Quran Majeed vs Athkar

The clearest difference is ads: Athkar at none against Quran Majeed's shown. Athkar also leads on review sentiment (91% vs 82%). Quran Majeed's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.5). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Quran Majeed sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Athkar sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Quran Majeed holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 241K and 123K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of Quran Majeed's written reviews are positive against 91% of Athkar's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Quran Majeed ships an update every 3 weeks, Athkar every 11 days. Both last shipped on November 4, 2026.
