# Forever 21 vs PrettyLittleThing

Forever 21 and PrettyLittleThing both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 55% of Forever 21's written reviews are positive against 27% of PrettyLittleThing's. Forever 21 also leads on ratings volume (473K vs 40K). PrettyLittleThing's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs monthly) and chart position (#157 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Forever 21 against 4.7 for PrettyLittleThing. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Forever 21 has 473K ratings behind it against 40K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 55% of Forever 21's written reviews are positive against 27% of PrettyLittleThing's.
